Dr. Linda May said exercising can be beneficial to both you and your baby. As part of research, she trains pregnant women from 13 weeks to the time they deliver.

“I want the kids to be healthier even before they’re born, and that really starts during pregnancy,” said Dr. Linda May, Asst. Professor at Brody School of Medicine. “We train pregnant women during their pregnancy, we follow them, and we track their measurements, like weight, and those types of things during pregnancy.”
